Today, the final installment in the 558 chapter saga was posted to OneManga.

The manga, which began in 1996, is written and drawn by the Queen of manga, Rumiko Takahasi. Takahasi-sama is the creator of several classic(and long) manga series such as Urusei Yatsura(1978-87), Maison Ikkoku(1980-87), and Ranma 1/2(1987-96); all of which had long running anime series.

Today was the last day that veteran freedom activist Claire Wolfe will post an entry on her blog.

Fittingly, it was the conclusion to the 'Hardyville' saga, stories of the people who live in the town of Hardyville. Due to the fact that there are no major roads or nearby towns, the FedGov has simply 'forgot' that the town and surrounding land exists. Earlier today, a trade was officially announced that sent multi-time All Star and former league MVP Kevin Garnett from my beloved Minnesota Timberwolves to the Boston Celtics for young stud forward Al Jefferson, solid backup forward Ryan Gomes, athletic guard Gerald Green, and the expiring contracts of Sebastian Telfair and Theo Ratliff. The Wolves also get the Celtics' 2009 1st round pick(top 3 protected) along with another future 1st round pick, plus around $3 million in cash. read more »

Updating to present:

A while back I as driving home from Concord as I passed a cop car that was in a driveway. I was actually going a bit SLOWER than the limit, but i still felt a little chill when the cop pulled out behind me.

I started watching my rearview while slowly pulling over, even though his lights weren't on. Suddenly, he hit the brakes, swung around, and took off like a shot in the opposite direction. read more »
